Shipping Policy
We take pride in getting your gear to you fast, secure, and mission-ready. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll email you with tracking info. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order leaves our facility.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States and are not set up for international shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience!
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost in transit or significantly delayed, contact us at sales@javlinconcepts.com with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement if necessary.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. Javlin Concepts is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
