When will my order ship? 

Lead time on all of our products is posted at the very top of every page. Once shipped, an order fulfilled email will be sent to you via the email address used to order and tracking information will be provided.

We do our best to ship products as fast as possible. Some orders may go out faster than this. If your order will take longer than this for any reason, we will do our best to notify you. 

Can I get my order expedited? 

No. We fulfill orders as fast as possible in the order in which they’re received.

Can we combine two orders to avoid extra shipping?

No. However, if you place an order and realize you’ve made a mistake, contact us ASAP. We can cancel the order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet so that you can place a new one. Otherwise, please ensure all items are added to your cart before checking out.

Can I get my items shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO?

Yes! Ensure you allow plenty of time for your items to arrive though as these orders will take a bit more time to process through to your APO. We are not responsible for items that do not make it to you before you change locations. 

Do you offer a military/law enforcement discount?

We do not. Instead, we discount our A-JAC Bundles 10% for EVERYONE.

We can, however, offer a case dependent discount on bulk or unit/department purchases.

Is Javlin Concepts made in America?

Yes. All Javlin products are made in the USA using Mil-Spec, Berry Compliant materials.

How long will it take to get my order?

Once shipped, an order fulfilled email will be sent to the email address used during purchase to provide tracking information.

What shipping options do I have? 

We ship all packages through our website via USPS priority mail. For Wholesale orders however, we typically utilize UPS.

What if I'm not home when my package arrives?

If they fit, our packages are typically left in your mail box since they’re shipped through USPS. If they don’t fit though, USPS may leave them at your door. In which case you’d want to make sure someone is present when delivered or please provide a more secure shipping address. Javlin Concepts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Can I order Javlin Concepts gear if I don't live in the US?

Other than to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, unfortunately we do not. We apologize for this inconvenience, but we are working on expanding our shipping capabilities! 

Do we offer any custom gear?

We do not. Our priority is fulfilling orders as fast as possible.

Can I change the shipping address my order?

As long as the order has not shipped yet, yes. Please contact us ASAP with your order number and provide the updated shipping address. 

Can I edit a current order?

No. However, you can email us to cancel the order, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet, and you can place a new one.

 

My package is delayed/lost, what do I do?

Javlin Concepts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS to discuss your concerns around delayed/lost packages

Are you accepting new dealers?

Yes! Please contact us at sales@javlinconcepts.com to initiate the process.

What if I want to return something?

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase. Customer will receive a full refund minus shipping using the same method of payment from when the purchase was made. 

We accept returns on the condition that the item or items have not been used, damaged, or altered in anyway. 

Returned items will be inspected before issuing a refund. Items must be unused and undamaged. Used or damaged items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Returns made later than 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Please do not return anything without contacting us first and receiving return instructions. 

What If I want to exchange something? 

To make an exchange, you’ll need to return the Item for a refund and place a new order for the new item.

What's the benefit of top loading plate bags?

Top loading plate bags ensure the ballistic plates can never fall out the bottom of the plate bag like with bottom loading plate bags. If the ballistic plate load form the bottom, that means the velcro closure mechanism is on the bottom. If this velcro closure mechanism fails, there go your expensive ballistic plates. Top loading plate bags eliminate this possibility.

Which size cummerbund should I go with? 

A size medium is going to fit most people. Unless you look around and notice you're much larger than everybody else, go with a medium. ONE EXCEPTION to this is if you plan on wearing side plates AND a radio behind your cummerbund. Because of the thickness added from these items, you could go with a large, unless you're very skinny, in which case the medium might still work.

The cummerbunds adjust to various waist sizes by adjusting where the cummerbund connects to the rear plate bag.

Will the 5.56 placard fit 7.62 magazines?

It will not! If you run a 7.62 platform, you may want to consider going with our MOLLE / PALS front flap and attaching your own 7.62 mag pouches to it. 

Are the cummerbunds side plate compatible? 

Yes! Just get the adaption piece for the MCR or JCRC

Does the DSMC Elastic Cummerbund with with FIRSTSPEAR® TUBES™ Technology come with the male tubes as well? 

No. You will need to purchase the FIRSTSPEAR® TUBES™ Adaptors.

Why is the elastic on the MultiCam DSMC Elastic Cummerbund cummerbund coyote brown?

The elastic we utilize is a much higher quality than any elastic available in MultiCam print. Particularly the 1” elastic. We optimize for quality.

 

Does the Detachable Grid work with other Carriers?

No. The shoulders straps of the detachable grid need to line up over the shoulder straps on our A-JAC or B-JAC. If they fall to the inside or outside of the plate carriers shoulder straps instead of laying on top of them, it can be uncomfortable. Most other plate carriers also lack purpose built shoulder straps that are both load bearing and have attachment points for QASM buckles.

We do not send out gear for testing.

Our department is ordering new carriers. Can you send us some products for us to test and we can ship them back? 

No. We do not send out gear for testing. We know you're not gonna send it back lol.
